Flavor: Sweet, clean and full bodied with layered and complex flavors of red currant, blackberry & lime. You will enjoy this coffee at room temperature – not right at the brewing temp. just to enjoy that complexity in flavors.
Light to medium roast. Perfect for chemex and aeropress, but even better with v60. Don’t shy away from trying it with your home mocamaster.
