All our online prices include VAT.
If the product is in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is two to four (2-4) working days. We roast coffee based on orders. When an order is placed, you get an email confirming it. It will include order number, details of the order as well as the total price including delivery, tax etc.
The first day the order comes through we roast your coffee, let it sit down to breathe for a day. We pack it the next day and ship it. This way we ensure your coffee is fresh and ready for brewing. Coffee needs few days to settle down after roasting.
John’s Coffee delivers through Posti, Matkahuolto or DB Schenker, unless the other means of delivery are agreed upon. In some cases, John himself delivers door-to-door if a client requests the service. It’s also our pleasure to meet our clients on a regular basis to keep relationship with customers healthy. This is one of so many reasons coffee is passionately interesting.
Registration / One time order
However, by registering, you will get many features that provide you with good experience for your order with us. You can make your purchases faster, stay up-to-date on your order processing, and view your previous orders. We do not disclose personal information provided in connection with the order for purposes outside your shopping relationship with us.
Upon final order an agreement is made between John’s Coffee and client on our web store.
Your information is entered in our system and allows us to maintain and manage our relationship with you. We treats all customer information completely confidential.

Shipment damages during transport
Occasionally, despite careful packaging, parcels may be damaged during transport. Therefore, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package already in the presence of a postman upon receiving the package. If the package has been damaged during transport, make a damage report immediately at the post office for return. Then contact our customer service to arrange delivery of a new product.

You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and SafeKey authentication services.
