John’s Coffee sells coffee, tea and accessories through this site (www.johnscoffee.fi)
You can choose your own delivery method with in our web store. There are multiple choices of delivery methods both in Finland and international. Choose the one that suits you based on your location and conveniency.
All our online prices include VAT.
We ship globally. Shipping rates outside Finland are based on geographical location.
If the product is in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time are indicated in our rates above. We roast coffee based on orders. When an order is placed, you get an email confirming it. It will include order number, details of the order as well as the total price including delivery, tax etc.
The first day the order comes through we roast your coffee, let it sit down to breathe for a day. We pack it the next day and ship it. This way we ensure your coffee is fresh and ready for brewing. Coffee needs few days to settle down after roasting.
If the product is absolutely desired by a certain date, it must be mentioned separately, eg when ordering. We will act in accordance with the needs of our customers in terms of delivery, if this is reasonably possible.
John’s Coffee delivers through Finnish Posti carrier, Matkahuolto or DB Schenker, unless other means of delivery are agreed upon.
Registration / One time order
Registration is not required to place an order. You can proceed to checkout directly without creating a customer account.
However, by registering, you will get many features that provide you with good experience for your order with us. You can make your purchases faster, stay up-to-date on your order processing, and view your previous orders. We do not disclose personal information provided in connection with the order for purposes outside your shopping relationship with us.
It is recommended, however, for consumers to exercise caution. We guarantee privacy and absolute consumer protection. Be diligence when using the online store.
When ordering the service, the customer must register on the service’s website and create a personal user account. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct personal and contact information. The customer is obliged to keep the personal and contact information provided up to date. John’s Coffee is not liable for any damages or costs due to false or outdated contact information. Customer login information is personal and may not be used by a third party.
Upon final order an agreement is made between John’s Coffee and client on our web store.
Your information is entered in our system and allows us to maintain and manage our relationship with you. We treats all customer information completely confidential.
The gift card cannot be converted into cash. No other discount codes can be used with gift cards purchased at a discounted price.
The customer must always notify the seller of the return and cancellation of the sale, the mere non-collection or return of the goods without notification is not enough to cancel the sale. Instead the customer must pre-fill a cancellation notice for the product in accordance with the new EU legislation.
The consumer must make a cancellation notice to the online store within 14 days of receiving the shipment and return the goods within 14 days of the cancellation.

To make the return and refund process faster, please send the copy the original order confirmation.
John’s Coffee keeps clients’ details completely confidential.Refunds of postage will be paid by the buyer to the local post office. The returned coffee or tea should be unopened and unused.Returns and re-mailings cost a total of 11,80€.
Shipment damages during transport
Occasionally, despite careful packaging, parcels may be damaged during transport. Therefore, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package already in the presence of a postman upon receiving the package. If the package has been damaged during transport, make a damage report immediately at the post office for return. Then contact our customer service to arrange delivery of a new product.
Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group.The checkout payment service will forward your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your statement or credit card invoice, it means we have forwarded your payment.The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. If you want to complain or return the product, you should contact the online store where the product was ordered directly.
You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy is shown as the payee on your account statement, we forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed to your own bank to make the payment securely.Checkout Finland also offers the possibility to pay with a bank transfer form.
Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and SafeKey authentication services.
Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
